We have an upcoming change to our infrastructure security batching that may impact your Incorta services. On June 27, at 7:00 AM UTC+3
The Incorta platform is scheduled to undergo an important maintenance.
This will ensure Incorta cloud services will benefit from the latest security and performance features.
Maintenance usually occurs once every few months.
During updates to your instance, service may be briefly disrupted for a period of up to 3 hours.
It's recommended that scheduled load jobs not be executed during this maintenance window as these jobs rely on some of the services that will undergo maintenance along with other platform services.
Please contact Incorta Support team to reschedule the maintenance if required.
