We will be performing a routine renewal of our SSL/TLS certificate for ALL INCORTA CLOUD SUBDOMAINS example: [CLUSTER_NAME.CLOUD_REGION.incorta.com]
This is a standard security practice to ensure a continued secure connection (HTTPS) for all our users.
We anticipate no service interruption or downtime during this process.Action Required (Rare): Most users will not need to take any action. However, if your application or internal system uses a certificate pinning configuration, you may need to update your pinned certificate to accept the new certificate chain.
